摘　　要：共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是中国共产党始终不渝的奋斗目标,也是人民群众的共同期盼。进入新时代,推进共同富裕需要全体人民的共同努力,尤其需要青年人才在共同富裕进程中争做先锋,勇担责任,充分发挥青春活力,为实现共同富裕不懈奋斗。在共同富裕导向下,就党引领青年人才推进共同富裕,以及青年人才在推进共同富裕中的责任担当进行深入研究,为青年人才投身共同富裕伟大事业提供指引。Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism,the unswerving goal of the CPC,and the common expectation of the people.In the new era,promoting common prosperity requires the joint efforts of all the people.In particular,young talents are needed to strive to be pioneers in the process of common prosperity,take responsibility bravely,give full play to the vitality of youth,and work tirelessly to achieve common prosperity.Under the guidance of common prosperity,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the Party's leading young talents to promote common prosperity and the responsibility of young talents in promoting common prosperity,so as to providing guidance for young talents to join the great cause of common prosperity.
