摘  要:以己二酸为改性组分,与对苯二甲酸(PTA)、乙二醇(EG)共聚制备聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸乙二酯(PEAT)共聚酯,通过流延铸片、双向拉伸制备了聚酯薄膜。以常规PET薄膜为参照,采用取向测试仪、万能材料试验机测试薄膜取向度及力学性能等,研究了拉伸温度、拉伸速率对PEAT共聚酯拉伸行为和薄膜性能的影响,探索了其最佳拉伸工艺。结果表明,相比PET聚酯,PEAT玻璃化转变温度较低、拉伸温度较低,合适的拉伸温度为70℃至90℃。随着拉伸温度升高,薄膜取向度下降、拉伸速率升高、断裂伸长率升高。PET拉伸温度为95℃时,拉伸速率最高达175%/s,薄膜断裂伸长率约112%。PEAT共聚酯拉伸温度为70℃时,拉伸速率最高达300%/s,薄膜断裂伸长率约147%。Polyethylene terephthalate(PEAT)was prepared from adipic acid,and polyester film was prepared by casting sheet and bidirectional drawing.Taking conventional PET film as reference,orientation tester and universal material tester were used to test the orientation and mechanical properties of the film.By comparing the orientation and tensile strength of the film,the influence of tensile temperature and tensile rate on the tensile behavior and properties of copolyester adipate were studied,and the best tensile process was explored.The results show that compared with PET film,the glass transition temperature and tensile temperature of PEAT copolyester decrease,and the appropriate tensile temperature is 70℃to 90℃.With the increase of tensile temperature,the film orientation decreases,the stretchable rate increases and the elongation at break increases.The tensile temperature of PET is 95℃,the tensile rate is up to 175%,and the elongation at break of the film is about 112%.The tensile temperature of PEAT copolyester is 70℃,the tensile rate is up to 300%,and the elongation at break is about 147%.
