摘  要:试验旨在研究复合微生物制剂对肉羊生长性能、血清生化指标和免疫功能的影响,选择4月龄湖寒杂交肉羊36只,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组3个重复,每个重复6只羊。两组肉羊均饲喂苜蓿粉和麦秸,对照组肉羊饲喂基础精料,试验组在基础精料中添加1.20%复合微生物制剂。预试期5 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示,试验期间,试验组和对照组肉羊精料采食完全,试验组肉羊粗饲料采食速度快,平均采食量比对照组提高了10.48%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组肉羊平均日增重提高了17.18%(P<0.05),料重比降低了14.66%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组肉羊血清葡萄糖(GLU)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)的含量及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著提高(P<0.05),尿素氮(BUN)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)的含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,复合微生物制剂可提高肉羊生长性能,改善血清生化指标,增强免疫功能。The purpose of the experiment was to investigate the effect of compound microbial preparations on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and immune function of muting sheep.Thirty-six four-month-old Hu-Han hybrid muting sheep were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with three replicates per group and six sheep per replicate.The sheep in two groups were fed alfalfa meal and wheat straw,the sheep in control group were fed basal concentrate,and the sheep in experimental group were fed basal concentrate with 1.20%compound microbial preparation.The pre-test lasted for 5 d and the formal test lasted for 60 d.The results showed that during the experiment,the meat sheep of experimental group and control group ate the concentrate completely,and the roughag feeding speed of the meat sheep of experimental group was faster,and the average feed intake was increased by 10.48%compared with that of control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the average daily gain of meat sheep in experimental group was increased by 17.18%(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio was decreased by 14.66%(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the serum GLU,IgA and IgG content and ALP activity of meat sheep in experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of BUN,TC and TG were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that the composite microbial preparation can improve the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and immune function of mutton sheep.
