摘　　要：线状IgA大疱性皮病(linear IgA bullous dermatosis,LABD)是一种罕见的表皮下大疱性疾病,其病因和发病机制不明,与感染、肿瘤和药物等多种因素相关,通常预后良好,有自发消退趋势。本文报道一例儿童LABD,可能由感染引起。该患者皮损一个月后完全消退,随访一年余无复发。Linear IgA bullous dermatosis(LABD)is a rare subepidermal bullous disease.Its etiology and pathogenesis are unknown,and it is associated with various factors such as infection,tumor,and drugs.We report a case of LABD in a child,which may be caused by infection.The skin lesions of the patient subsided completely after one month and the patient were followed up for more than one year without recurrence.
