摘　　要：狼疮肾炎是系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)常见的脏器受累表现。本文报道一例狼疮肾炎患者,因腰部网状青斑就诊,未出现SLE典型的皮肤黏膜损害,临床上易误诊。lupus nephritis(LN)is a common manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).We report a case of lupus nephritis with livedo reticularis on the waist,without the typical skin and mucosa lesions of SLE,which is easy to be misdiagnosed clinically.
