摘　　要：患者,男,63岁。双手拇指甲板变绿半年。细菌培养结果为铜绿假单胞菌,根据药敏试验给予患者左氧氟沙星外用,治疗3个月痊愈。A 63-year-old male presented with an asymptomatic greenish discoloration of the nail plate of the thumbs of both hands for 6 months.The bacterial culture result was Pseudomonas aeruginosa.The patient was treated with topical levofloxacin according to the drug sensitivity test,and recovered 3 months after treatment.
