摘　　要：本文报道一例原发性皮肤隐球菌病,患者因右前臂红肿,皮肤破溃入院。脓液涂片见大量酵母样真菌孢子,菌体外周有荚膜包绕。真菌培养取乳白色菌落进行飞行时间质谱鉴定为新生隐球菌。抗感染治疗后行游离植皮手术,出院后继续口服氟康唑,60天后皮损基本愈合。We report a case of primary cutaneous cryptococcosis.The patient was admitted with red and swollen right forearm and skin ulceration.A large number of yeastlike fungal spores were found in the pus smear,and the cell was surrounded by a capsule.The milky white colonies were cultured and identified as Cryptococcus neoformans by time-of-flight mass spectrometry.After debridement and anti-infective treatment,free skin grafting was performed.Fluconazole was continued after discharge,and the skin lesions were basically healed after 60 days.
