摘 要:以粳稻品种南粳9108和籼稻品种扬两优013为材料,于孕穗期进行不同低温(13、15和17℃)和不同时间(0、3、5、7和9 d)的处理,测定叶片光合特性及抗氧化酶系统相关指标,研究水稻孕穗期间叶片光合特性及抗氧化酶系统对低温冷害的响应。结果表明:两品种冷处理后叶绿素含量较对照降低4.67%~37.44%。孕穗期低温导致水稻叶片光合能力下降,冷处理时间越长且处理温度越低,光合特性下降幅度越大。与对照相比,低温处理后光合特性相关指标下降4.98%~93.94%;孕穗期低温使得水稻剑叶叶片超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)和过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)活性表现出先升高后下降的趋势;随处理温度的降低和处理时间的延长丙二醛(malonic dialdehyde,MDA)的含量则逐渐升高。This experiment was conducted to study the photosynthetic characteristics of rice leaves during booting and the response of antioxidant enzyme systems to low temperature chilling injury.Japonica rice variety Nangeng 9108 and indica rice variety Yangliangyou 013 were treated with different low temperature(13,15 and 17℃)and duration(3,5,7 and 9 d)in the artificial climate room at booting stage to determine the photosynthetic characteristics and related indexes of antioxidant enzyme system.The results showed that the chlorophyll content of the two varieties after cold treatment decreased by 4.67%~37.44%compared with the control.Low temperature at booting stage led to the decline of photosynthetic capacity of rice leaves.The longer the cold treatment time and the lower the treatment temperature,the greater the decline of photosynthetic characteristics.Compared with the control,the indexes related to photosynthetic characteristics decreased by 4.98%~93.94%after cold treatment;The activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase in flag leaves of rice increased first and then decreased at low temperature at booting stage;The content of malonic dialdehyde increased gradually with the decrease of temperature and the extension of treatment time.
