摘 要:以1年生平茬后的云南松苗木为对象,设置3种氮肥(N)水平(0、0.4、0.8 g·株^(-1))和3种磷肥(P_(2)O_(5))水平(0、0.8、1.6 g·株^(-1))各两两组合共9个处理。在施肥后90、180、270 d采用整株收获法进行生物量测定,分析不同氮磷施肥处理对平茬后云南松苗木各构件(根、茎、叶、萌条)生物量分配格局的影响。结果表明:①施氮、磷肥可以显著促进平茬后云南松苗木的生长,大多数处理的生物量积累均高于对照。在平茬后氮、磷配施明显提高了云南苗木的萌蘖能力,特别是高氮中磷处理的效果更佳。②随着时间的推移各构件生物量积累逐渐增加,施氮、磷肥处理的生物量积累高于对照。③施肥后90、180 d时单施磷肥效果最佳,270 d时氮、磷配施最佳。④施肥影响着平茬后云南松苗木生物量的分配格局,各构件生物量分配比表现为地上部分高于地下部分,萌条依次高于叶、茎、根。To investigate the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer on the biomass accumulation and allocation of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings after stumping,to reveal the biomass distribution pattern of Pinus yunnanensis seedling resources after stumping,and to provided the basis for Pinus yunnanensis promoting sprout after stumping.Taking an annual Pinus yunnanensis seedlings after stumping as the object,three nitrogen levels(0,0.4,0.8 g·plant^(-1))and three phosphorus levels(0,0.8,1.6 g·plant^(-1))9 treatments were combined in pairs.The whole plant harvesting method was used for sampling and determination at 90,180 and 270 d after stumping.The effects of differentnitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer treatments on biomass allocation pattern of(root,stem,leaf and sprouts)of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings after stumping were analyzed.The results were as follows:①Nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer can significantly promote the growth of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings after stumping,and the biomass accumulation of most nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer treatment was higher than control(CK).After stumping,the combined application of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer significantly improved the tillering ability of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings,especially the effect of high nitrogen and medium phosphorus(treatment 8)was better.②The biomass accumulation of each organ gradually increased with time,and the biomass accumulation of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer treatment was more than that of CK.③The effect of phosphorus fertilizer alone was the best at 90 and 180 d after stumping,and nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer was the best at 270 d.④Fertilization affected the biomass distribution pattern of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings after stumping,and the rate of biomass allocation were as follows:aboveground part>underground part,sprout>leaf>stem>root.
