摘　　要：党的二十大报告首次向全党和全国各族人民提出,要“站在人与自然和谐共生的高度谋划发展”。这一科学论断,是中国共产党立足于时代需要和时代任务对马克思主义生态政治观的继承和发展,是结合中国资源、环境、人口实际而形成的中国化时代化的马克思主义生态政治学说,其鲜明的生态政治意识回答了新时代新征程中国“走什么样的现代化发展道路”“如何谋划现代化发展道路”等重大生态政治问题,以明确的生态政治使命彰显了在全面建设社会主义现代化国家进程中要以绿色化、低碳化发展促使人与自然和谐共生这一内在要求的强烈生态政治责任,以清晰的生态政治实践擘画了中国式现代化语境中将经济理性与生态理性紧密结合起来,从而高质量推进人与自然和谐共生现代化的美好生态政治蓝图。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)put forward the scientific conclusion of“planning for development at the height of harmonious coexistence between man and nature”for the first time to the whole party and the people of all ethnic groups in China.The scientific conclusion is the inheritance and development of Marxist ecological politics view by the Communist Party of China based on the needs and tasks of the times,and the formation of Marxist ecological politics theory with Chinese characteristics and times in combination with the reality of China's resources,environment and population.With the distinctive ecological political awareness,it answered the major ecological political questions of“what kind of modernization development path to take”and“how to plan the modernization development path”in the new era and the new journey of China.With a clear ecopolitical mission,it demonstrates the strong ecopolitical responsibility of promoting harmonious coexistence between man and nature with green and low-carbon development in the process of comprehensively building a modern socialist country.With the clear practice of ecological politics,it well draw a blueprint for ecological politics that combines economic and ecological rationality in the context of Chinese modernization and promotes the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature with high quality.
