摘　　要：运用“2-4”模型对一例手术患者电外科安全事件原因进行分析。通过优化操作流程,加强安全培训,完善电外科安全管理体系,营造围手术期安全文化氛围,确保手术患者安全。改进后,未发生类似事件,围手术期风险评估规范率由93.00%提升至99.50%,操作过程规范率由89.00%提升至96.50%。确保患者电外科手术安全,提高手术人员安全意识是前提,完善管理体系是保障。The"2-4"model was used to analyze the safety event factors of an electrosurgical patient.By optimizing the operation process,strengthening safety training,improving the safety management system of electrosurgery,creating a safety culture atmosphere during perioperative period,and the safety of surgical patients was ensured.After the improvement,no similar events occurred,the standard rate of perioperative risk assessment increased from 93.00%to 99.50%,and the standard rate of operating procedure increased from 89.00%to 96.50%.To ensure the safety of patient electrosurgery,improving the safety awareness of surgical personnel is the premise,and improving the management system is the guarantee.
