摘　　要：目的从医务人员视角探讨“互联网+”上门医疗服务模式存在风险,提出应对措施,以更好的为公众健康服务。方法采用文献研究法、关键知情人访谈法和比较分析法进行研究。结果“互联网+”上门医疗服务模式存在人身安全、特殊医疗和信息安全等风险。结论建议开发专项医疗意外险和交通意外险,建立准入和监管体系,推广大数据、物联网和区块链技术在安全监管中的应用,在地区层面搭建线上公示和纠纷处理平台,同时针对性开展医务人员法制知识和信息安全培训教育等。Objective To explore the risks of"Internet+"home based medical service model from the perspective of medical staff and put forward countermeasures to better serve the public health.Methods Literature research,key insider interview and comparative analysis were used.Results"Internet+"home based medical service model has risks of personal safety,special medical care and information security.Conclusion It is recommended to develop special medical accident insurance and traffic accident insurance,establish access and supervision systems,promote the application of big data,Internet of Things and blockchain technology in security supervision,build online publicity and dispute handling platforms at the regional level,and carry out targeted training and education on legal knowledge and information security for medical personnel.
