摘  要:基于首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院互联网医院运行实践,针对互联网医院运行中存在的公信度低、服务单一、医生参与意愿不高等问题,提出重塑患者就医习惯、丰富线上诊疗服务形式、提升医生参与积极性等策略并实施,可为其他公立医院互联网医院运行提供参考,以推动互联网医院可持续发展。Based on the operation practice of Internet hospital of Children's Hospital affiliated to Capital Institute of Pediatrics,and aiming at the problems of low public trust,single service and low willingness of doctors to participate in the operation of internet hospitals,the study proposed and implemented strategies such as reshaping patients'medical habits,enriching online diagnosis and treatment service forms,and enhancing doctors'participation enthusiasm,which can provide reference for the operation of Internet hospitals in other public hospitals to promote the sustainable development of Internet hospitals.
