摘　　要：感染性疾病是全球性公共卫生问题,早发现、早诊断、个体化精准抗感染治疗是降低病死率的关键。随着病原体检测技术的迅猛发展、新型诊疗技术的问世、人口老龄化及疾病谱的变化,临床面临的感染问题更加复杂。文章将结合临床实践经验,从懂菌、懂病、懂药三个方面侧重对细菌感染的个体化治疗做一综述。Infectious diseases roresent a global public health problem.Early detection,early diagnosis,and individualized precise anti-infective treatment are the key to reducing mortality.With the rapid development of pathogen detection technology,the advent of new diagnosis and treatment technology,the aging of the population and the change of disease spectrum,the clinical infection problems are more complicated.Based on clinical practice experience,this article will focus on the individualized treatment for bacterial infection from three aspects:understanding bacteria,understanding disease and understanding medicine.
