乡村振兴战略下广西农村公共体育服务体系建设研究

摘　　要：在乡村振兴战略背景下,分析广西农村公共体育服务体系存在的问题,旨在深度解析当前困境。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,提出广西农村公共体育服务体系应从上层设计、中层搭建、底层实施等三个方面进行搭建与完善。在广西经济、文化发展大背景下,通过构建覆盖城乡体育服务网络、农村国民体质监测体系、体育专项技术人才培养保障机制、加大体育场地建设投入力度、加快构建多元化农村医疗平台、建立高质量设施的体育服务体系等举措来搭建可持续健康发展广西农村公共服务体系新路径。Under the background of rural revitalisation strategy,the problems of rural public sports service system in Guangxi are analysed,aiming to deeply resolve the current dilemma.Using the literature method,logical analysis method and other research methods,it is proposed that the rural public sports service system of Guangxi should be constructed and improved in three aspects,including upper-level design,middle-level construction and bottom-level implementation.In the context of Guangxi's economic and cultural development,a new path for the sustainable and healthy development of Guangxi's rural public service system is built by constructing a sports service network covering both urban and rural areas,a rural national physical fitness monitoring system,a guarantee mechanism for the cultivation of sports-specific technical talents,increasing the investment in the construction of sports venues,accelerating the construction of a diversified rural healthcare platform,and establishing a sports service system with high-quality facilities.
