摘　　要：独库公路是近年新疆旅游的一条热点线路,通过爬虫软件在携程网和去哪儿网平台对独库公路游客点评信息进行收集整理,采用ROST软件进行高频词汇筛选、语义网络分析、游客情感分析,建立独库公路游客感知图谱,找出独库公路旅游形象与游客感知之间的问题,最后对今后独库公路旅游发展提出在景区智慧化打造、基础设施完善、规范游客行为、加强从业人员培训、加大行业监督与管理等建议。Dokku Highway is a hot line of Xinjiang tourism in recent years,through the crawler software on Ctrip.com and GoWhere.com platform for Dokku Highway tourists review information collection and collation,the use of ROST software to carry out high-frequency vocabulary screening,semantic network analysis,tourists'sentiment analysis,the establishment of Dokku Highway tourists'perceptions of the map,to find out the Dokku Highway tourism image and the problems between the tourists'perceptions,and finally on the future development of Dokku Highway tourism development put forward in the scenic area wisdom to build,infrastructure improvement,standardise the behaviour of tourists,strengthen the training of practitioners,increase the supervision and management of the industry and other recommendations.
