摘　　要：党的二十大报告要求“弘扬以伟大建党精神为源头的中国共产党人精神谱系”。兵团精神是中国共产党人精神谱系的重要内容之一,是激励一代代兵团人艰苦创业的精神支柱。兵团精神产生于特定社会历史背景之下,在历史上发挥了巨大的作用,是兵团创造辉煌的精神基础。中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,处在中华民族伟大复兴、兵团深化改革交织的关键时期。发挥好兵团精神的价值引领、力量凝聚、精神激励作用对继续履行好兵团屯垦戍边历史使命、铸牢中华民族共同体意识、推进兵团更好更快发展至关重要。The report of the 2oth National Congress of the CPC calls for"promoting the spirit of the Chinese Communists,which has its origin in the great party spirit".The Corps Spirit is one of the important contents of the spiritual spectrum of the Chinese Communists,and it is the spiritual pillar that inspires generations of Corps people to work hard.The Corps Spirit arose in a specific social and historical context,played a great role in history,and is the spiritual foundation for the Corps to create brilliance.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the Corps to deepen the reform of the critical period of intertwined.It is crucial for the Corps to play the role of value leadership,power cohesion and spiritual inspiration to continue to fulfil the historical mission of the Corps in tilling and garrisoning the border,to cast a firm sense of community of the Chinese nation,and to push forward a better and faster development of the Corps.
