福建省孕妇膳食碘摄入与碘营养状况分析

摘　　要：目的调查福建省孕妇膳食碘摄入量、碘来源及贡献率,为指导孕妇科学膳食提供依据。方法2020年,在福建省18个县选取20~40岁孕妇开展食物频率问卷调查,记录膳食情况、饮水量和食盐摄入量,通过检测盐碘含量和水碘含量,查询食物成分表,计算日均膳食碘摄入量,根据中国膳食碘摄入量推荐标准对潜在风险进行评估。结果本次调查孕妇膳食碘摄入量中位数242.1μg/d,尿碘中位数为147.8μg/L。碘盐贡献率为45.17%,其次为海藻类、奶类和水产类,其贡献率分别为12.41%、11.15%、8.88%。结论福建省孕妇总体上碘摄入量适宜,加碘食盐是膳食碘的主要来源之一,应持续监测孕妇碘营养状况。Objective To investigate the dietary iodine intake,iodine source and contribution rate of pregnant women in urban and rural areas of Fujian Province,so as to provide basis for guiding pregnant women to eat scientifically.Methods From May to September 2020,pregnant women aged 20 to 40 were selected from 18 counties in Fujian Province to carry out a food frequency questionnaire survey,record the diet,drinking water and salt intakes,check the salt iodine content and the water iodine content in this area calculate the daily average dietary iodine intake,and evaluate the potential risk according to the recommended dietary iodine intake in China.Results The median dietary iodine intake of pregnant women in Fujian Province was 242.1μg/d and the median urinary iodine was 147.8μg/L.The contribution rate of iodized salt was 45.17%,followed by seaweed,milk and aquatic products,with the contribution rates of 12.41%,11.15%and 8.88%respectively.Conclusion The iodine intake of pregnant women in Fujian is generally appropriate.Iodized salt is the main source of dietary iodine.The iodine nutritional status of pregnant women should be continuously monitored.
