摘  要:目的探讨海洛因使用障碍(HUD)者大脑神经活动动态特征的潜在变化特征。方法招募未经治疗的HUD者31例(HUD组)与年龄、受教育程度、吸烟史相匹配的健康对照(HC)34例(HC组),收集人口学与影像学数据。利用滑动时间窗技术进行动态低频振幅(dALFF)分析,比较2组间差异脑区,并与吸食时间进行相关性分析。结果与HC组相比,HUD组右侧岛叶、壳核与尾状核dALFF值显著降低,右侧尾状核降低的dALFF值与海洛因吸食时间呈负相关性。结论HUD多巴胺相关脑区的dALFF值降低可能与奖赏和认知功能整合障碍有关。Objective e To explore the alterations of the dynamic characteristics of brain neural activity in patients with heroin use disorder(HUD).Methods A total of 31 untreated HUD patients(HUD group)and 34 healthy control(HC)(HC group)were recruited and collected demographic and imaging data.The HUD and HC groups were well matched with age,education and smoking history.The dynamic amplitude of low frequency fluctuations(dALFF)was analyzed by sliding window technique.The significant differences of brain regions between the two groups were compared.The Pearson correlation was further performed to demonstrate the relationships between significantly different brain regions and drug use time.Results The dALFF values of the right insula,putamen and caudate nucleus of HUD group were significantly lower than those of HC group.The dALFF value of the right caudate nucleus was negatively correlated with the duration of heroin use in HUD group.Conclusion The decreased dALFF value of dopamine-related brain regions in patients with HUD may be related to the integration impairment of reward and cognitive functions.
