摘 要:通过电子背散射衍射对比了4种不同工艺路线退火前后的高牌号无取向电工钢的显微组织、织构,测试了不同工艺线路退火后的试样磁性,研究不同工艺路线对试样磁性能的影响。结果表明:成品退火前的冷轧织构对退火后的织构有着显著影响,特别是γ纤维和α纤维无论是在具体组分或是强度上都具有明显的遗传性。常化后二次冷轧工艺路线磁感最高,其对应成品的γ纤维最弱,η纤维组分最强。而热轧后直接进行二次冷轧处理的试样平均晶粒尺寸最大,且组织均匀性优于常化后二次冷轧工艺路线的试样,其铁损最低;同时其η纤维组分较强,γ纤维组分较弱,磁感仅次于常化后二次冷轧工艺路线的试样。The microstructure and texture of high grade non-oriented electrical steel samples before and after annealing prepared by four different processing routes were compared by EBSD.The magnetic properties of the samples were tested.The effects of processing route on the magnetic properties of the samples were investigated.The results show that the texture of samples after annealing is strongly influenced by that after cold rolling,especially the γ-fiber and α-fiber are inherited no matter component or intensity.The highest magnetic induction is obtained in the samples with normalizing and two-stage rolling,which are featured by the weakest texture of γ-fiber and the strongest texture of η-fiber.However,the lowest core loss is obtained in the samples after two-stage rolling without normalizing,which are featured by the biggest grain size,the microstructure is more homogeneous than that of the samples with normalizing and two-stage rolling,due to the strong η-fiber and weak γ-fiber,the magnetic induction ranks second only to that of the samples with normalizing and two-stage rolling.
