摘 要:研究了多次补焊对30CrMnSiNi2A超高强度钢电子束焊接头力学性能的影响。通过对不同补焊次数的焊缝接头进行分层拉伸试验和冲击试验,研究了电子束补焊技术修复焊缝的可行性。试验结果表明:随着电子束焊补焊次数的增加,试板焊接残余角变形量单调增大,补焊1次、2次和3次的角变形量分别约为2.1°,4.0°和5.5°;多次补焊对接头的抗拉强度影响较小,不同补焊次数下强度变化幅度不超过1.5%,但随着电子束焊补焊次数的增加,接头整体塑性下降,接头冲击韧性单调降低。本文结果对30CrMnSiNi2A超高强度钢结构焊接生产具有指导意义。The effect of repeated repair welding on the mechanical properties of electron beam welded joint of30CrMnSiNi2A ultra-high strength steel was studied.The feasibility of electron beam repair welding technology in repairing weld was studied through the delamination tensile test and impact test of weld joints with different repair times.The experimental results show that the residual angular deformation of the test plate increases monotonically with the increase of the time of repair welding.The angular deformation after one,two and three times of repair welding is about 2.1°,4.0° and5.5°,respectively.The tensile strength of the joint is little affected by multiple times of repair welding,and the strength variation range is less than 1.5% under different repair welding times.With the increase of the time of repair welding,the overall plasticity of the joint decreases,and the impact toughness of the joint monotonically decreases.The results of the paper have guiding significance for the welding production of 30CrMnSiNi2A ultra-high strength steel structure.
