摘 要:碳纤维复合芯导线有着低密度、高强度、高弹性模量、低线损等诸多优点,可以大幅度提升线路的运输容量,但是因为不耐弯折与其他人为因素使得其内部存在各种缺陷,最终导致断线事故的发生,严重危害线路的运行安全。分析了碳纤维复合导线的应用现状,总结了几种碳纤维复合芯导线的常用无损检测技术,针对各种技术的原理和特点进行了分析,简要叙述了相关技术的优点与不足。最后指出碳纤维复合芯导线的无损检测技术依然需要大量的研究工作。Carbon fiber composite core wire has many advantages,such as low density,high strength,high elastic modulus and low line loss,which can greatly improve the transportation capacity of the line.However,due to the lack of bending resistance and other human factors,there are various defects in the interior,which eventually lead to the occurrence of the breakage accident,which seriously endangers the operation safety of the line.The application status of carbon fiber composite wire was analyzed,and several common nondestructive testing techniques for carbon fiber composite core wire were summarized.The principle and characteristics of various technologies were analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the related technologies were briefly described.Finally,it is pointed out that the nondestructive testing technology of carbon fiber composite core wire need a lot of research work.
