摘 要:基于玻璃陶瓷具有良好的高温稳定性、抗腐蚀性和耐磨性等特点,设计了Li_(2)O-ZnO-SiO_(2)/CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)玻璃陶瓷梯度材料涂层以提高铅基反应堆泵叶轮用316L钢抗铅铋冲刷腐蚀的能力,并延长其服役时间。采用有限元软件ANSYS,分析了梯度涂层层数N、厚度H和层间Li_(2)O-ZnO-SiO_(2)/CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)成分分布指数p对涂层与基体界应力的影响及规律,并与单层涂层的残余热应力进行了对比分析。结果表明:梯度涂层对缓和残余热应力效果较为明显;当取梯度层层数N=3、涂层厚度H=0.6 mm、成分分布指数p=0.6时,残余热应力缓和效果较优。此模拟分析结果可为该涂层的优化设计提供理论指导。Based on the high temperature stability,corrosion resistance and wear resistance of glass ceramics,the gradient coatings of Li_(2)O-ZnO-SiO_(2) and CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) were designed and fabricated to improve the corrosion resistance of 316L steel which was selected as candidate materials of pump impeller in lead-cooled fast reactor and to extend its service time.The coating falls off from 316L steel matrix because of their physical property difference.The influence of gradient coating layer number N,thickness H and component distribution index p of Li_(2)O-ZnO-SiO_(2) and CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) on the thermal stress between gradient coatings and substrate were simulated with ANSYS finite element software,which were compared with that of monolayer coating.The results show that the residual thermal stress of gradient coatings is alleviated significantly.When the gradient layer number N=3,thickness H=0.6 mm and component distribution index p=0.6 are taken,the effect of residual thermal stress relaxation is better.The simulation analysis results can provide theoretical guidance for the optimization and design of the gradient coatings.
