摘 要:借助光学显微镜和室温拉伸试验,研究了固溶和时效处理对TB9钛合金棒材显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:固溶温度越高,β晶粒尺寸越大,α相逐渐回熔到基体中,晶界开始消失,抗拉强度由929 MPa逐渐降低至885 MPa,塑性变化不大。随着时效温度的升高,显微组织中逐渐有针状α相析出,且在β相中的分布更趋向于均匀;强度明显降低,当时效温度升高100℃时,抗拉强度下降超过300 MPa,屈服强度下降达270 MPa。The effects of solution and aging treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TB9 titanium alloy were studied by metallurgical microscope and room temperature tensile test.That results indicate that the higher the solution temperature,the larger theβgrain size,theαphase will gradually melt back into the matrix,the grain boundaries will begin to disappear,and the tensile strength is gradually reduced from 929 MPa to 885 MPa,the plasticity changesαlittle.As the aging temperature increases,the acicularαphase is gradually precipitated in the microstructure,and the distribution in theβphase is more uniform.The strength is significantly reduced.When the aging temperature rises by 100℃,the tensile strength decreases by more than 300 MPa,and the yield strength decreases by 270 MPa.
