摘 要:退火热处理是减小立体卷铁心(卷铁心)残余应力和降低空载损耗的必要手段。实际退火过程中,无法实时测量卷铁心内部温度和应力分布,难以准确制定退火工艺。根据卷铁心的材料特性和卷取工艺,建立了卷铁心的各向异性热力耦合模型,开展了卷铁心原料的退火模拟实验,获得了取向硅钢片的最优退火周期;基于卷铁心温度和实验结果,优化了退火周期,使退火时间缩短了约600 min;分析了应力、塑性应变与炉温间的关联性,并给出了卷铁心退火工艺的优化方案。Annealing is a necessary means to reduce the residual stress and no-load loss of three-dimensional coil core.In the actual annealing process,it is impossible to measure the temperature and stress distribution of 3D coil core in real time and difficult to formulate the annealing process accurately.Due to the material characteristics and coiling process of 3D coil core,an orthotropic thermal mechanical coupling model of 3D coil core was established.Annealing simulation experiments were carried out on the raw materials of 3D coil core,and the optimal annealing cycle of grain-oriented silicon steel was obtained.The annealing cycle of 3D coil core was optimized according to the coil cone temperature and experiment results,and the annealing time was shortened by about 600 min.The correlation between stress,plastic strain and furnace temperature was analyzed.Finally,the optimization scheme of 3D coil core annealing process was given.
