摘 要:介绍了TMCP工艺生产的100 mm厚EH36海洋工程用结构钢的生产方法,采用埋弧焊技术分别在15、50kJ/cm线能量下对钢板进行多道次对接焊接,分析检测了母材及焊接接头的显微组织、常规力学性能和焊接接头-10℃的裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)。结果表明,采用超低碳多元微合金化成分设计,TMCP工艺试制的100 mm厚EH36钢板具有良好的力学性能,母材及不同热输入的焊接接头具有优良的低温抗开裂性能。The production process of 100 mm thick EH36 structural steel for offshore engineering produced by TMCP process was introduced.Submerged arc welding technology was used to weld the steel plate under 15 kJ/cm and 50 kJ/cm line energy respectively.The microstructure,mechanical properties of the base metal and welded joint and the crack tip opening displacement(CTOD)of the welded joint at-10 C were analyzed.The results show that using ultra-low carbon multi-microalloy composition design,the 100 mm thick EH36 steel plate produced by TMCP process has good mechanical properties,and the base metal and the welded joint with different heat input have excellent low temperature cracking resistance.
