摘 要:屈曲失效是长输油气管道的重要失效形式之一,本文研究了甘肃地区某天然气管线发生的局部屈曲失效,对其宏观形貌、几何尺寸和理化性能进行了检测分析。通过勘查和分析失效管段所处地形地貌,推测了可能造成该管线发生屈曲失效的载荷类型。采用有限元分析软件分别对管道承受平行于管轴方向和垂直于管轴方向载荷作用下的管段应力分布和变形进行了模拟和对比分析。结果表明:屈曲失效管段的理化性能符合相关标准要求,平行于管轴方向的压缩载荷是造成该管段发生局部屈曲失效的主要原因。另外,该管段屈曲褶皱区域在轴向压缩力作用下发生了局部壁厚变化和局部变形开裂。Buckling failure is one of the important failure modes of long-distance oil and gas pipeline.The local buckling failure of a natural gas pipeline in Gansu province was studied.The macro-morphology,geometric dimensions and physical and chemical properties of the buckling failed pipe section were tested and analyzed.By investigating and analyzing the landform of the failed pipe section,the load types that may cause the buckling failure of the pipe section were inferred,and the finite element analysis software was used to simulate and compare the stress distribution and deformation of the pipe section under the load parallel to or perpendicular to the pipe axis.The results show that the physical and chemical properties of the buckling failed pipe section meet the requirements of relevant standards,and the compression load parallel to the pipe axis is the main reason for the local buckling failure of the pipe section.In addition,local wall thickness change and local deformation cracking occurs in the buckling fold region of the pipe section under the action of axial compression force.
