防止高速机气缸盖铸件渗漏工艺研究

摘  要:通过控制浇注温度和增加随流孕育剂试验,验证了这两种因素对其型高速机气缸盖渗漏问题的影响,找到防止该型高速机气缸盖渗漏问题的方法。试验发现,起浇温度在1389℃,最低温度不低于1351℃时,可以获得组织致密的气缸盖铸件,能消除该型气缸盖的渗漏缺陷;加入0.1%的随流孕育剂也可有效解决气缸盖的渗漏现象,但在增加试验压力和延长保压时间后,还会发生渗漏现象。因此,提高浇注温度要比加入的随流孕育剂防止该型高速机气缸盖渗漏更有效。By controlling the pouring temperature and increasing the flow agent test,the influence of the two factors on the cylinder head leakage of a high-speed machine was verified,the method to prevent the leakage of the cylinder head of this high-speed machine was found.The test finds that,when the starting pouring temperature is 1389℃ and the minimum temperature is not lower than 1351℃,the cylinder head castings with dense microstructure can be obtained,the leakage defect of this type of cylinder head can be eliminated.The addition of 0.1% in-flow inoculant can also effectively solve the leakage phenomenon of the cylinder head.However,after increasing the test pressure and extending the pressure retention time,there is also a leakage phenomenon.Therefore,it is more effective to increase the pouring temperature than adding in-flow inoculant to prevent the leakage of the cylinder head of the high-speed machine.
