摘  要:对特大型磨机法兰弯曲的模具结构、工艺性进行了对比分析。通过调节支撑轮间距和限位支撑高度可以实现不同曲率半径的法兰弯曲。试制中发现上模中心与坯料表面在弯曲过程中有逐步分离现象,由三点弯曲演变为四点弯曲是造成弯曲法兰最终曲率半径偏差较大的根本原因;压下量的确定必须考虑回弹量和上模分离间隙等关键参数,对理论值必须进行补偿修正。The die structure and technology of bending of super large mill flange were compared and analyzed.By adjusting the spacing of the support wheels and the height of the limit support,flange bending with different curvature radii can be realized.It is found that there is a gradual separation between the center of the upper die and the surface of the blank during the bending process in trial production,and the evolution from three-point bending to four-point bending is the fundamental reason for the large deviation of the final curvature radius of the bending flange.The key parameters such as the springback and the separation gap of the upper die must be considered in the determination of the reduction amount,and the theoretical value must be compensated and corrected.
