合肥市提升国际国内竞技体育水平路径研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、访谈与实地调研、问卷调查与数理统计等对合肥市竞技体育现状进行研究,认为:当前合肥市竞技体育水平不及经济发展水平,运动选材和训练相对合理但缺乏高水平比赛机会,体教融合和政府购买服务方式办队规模不足,学训矛盾突出、相关政策不完善、家长体育观念落后、政府投入不足、项目社会化程度不高、媒体宣传不够等影响因素突出;提出:多渠道加大合肥市竞技体育投入,充分利用优势项目资源设置市级运动队,加强高水平教练员引进和现有教练员、管理人员培训,加快推进县区体校建设等建议。The current situation of High-performance sport in Hefei was studied by using literature,interviews,field research,questionnaires and mathematical statistics.It is believed that the current level of High-performance sport in Hefei is lower than the level of economic development,sports selection and training are relatively reasonable but lack of high-level competition opportunities,sports and education integration and government purchase service mode are insufficient,learning and training contradictions are prominent,relevant policies are imperfect,parents'sports concepts are backward Factors such as insufficient government investment,low level of project socialization,and insufficient media promotion are prominent;Suggestions include increasing investment in competitive sports in Hefei through multiple channels,fully utilizing advantageous project resources to establish municipal sports teams,strengthening the introduction of high-level coaches and training of existing coaches and management personnel,and accelerating the construction of county-level sports schools.
