摘 要:研究文献研讨式教学法在临床医学相关专业研究生培养中的作用与效果。文章以某省重点高校临床医学相关专业2019—2021级研究生为研究对象,对读研阶段智育成绩进行统计分析,同时以在线问卷形式调研,重点从研究生、导师以及外部资源层面探讨文献研讨式教学在该专业研究生培养中的现状与不足。参与文献研讨组研究生平均成绩、发表论文数量均优于未参与对照组(P<0.05),研究显示,诸多因素譬如研究生自学能力、导师经验以及外部支持条件欠缺等可导致该方法存在一定的实践局限性。文献研讨式教学法可显著提高临床医学相关专业研究生的教学质量,规避其不足后值得积极推广。The role and effectiveness of literature discussion based teaching method in the cultivation of graduate students in clinical medicine related majors is studied.The article selects graduate students in clinical medicine related majors from a key university in a certain province from 2019 to 2021 as the research subjects,and conducts statistical analysis of their intellectual education scores during their postgraduate studies.At the same time,an online questionnaire survey is conducted to explore the current situation and shortcomings of literature discussion based teaching in the cultivation of graduate students in this major from the perspectives of graduate students,mentors,and external resources.The average score and number of published papers of graduate students participating in the literature research group were better than those of the non participating control group(P<0.05);research has shown that many factors,such as graduate students’self-learning ability,mentor experience,and lack of external support conditions,can lead to certain practical limitations of this method.The literature discussion teaching method can significantly improve the teaching quality of clinical medicine related graduate students,and it is worth actively promoting after avoiding its shortcomings.
