摘　　要：在COVID-19疫情期间,病原基因组监测得到广泛应用。本文介绍了开展基因组监测在应对COVID-19疫情中的优势,并总结主要国家和组织开展的SARS-CoV-2基因组监测活动。进入后疫情时代,全球仍然面临SARS-CoV-2不断变异和传播带来的挑战,有必要持续开展包括基因组监测在内的疫情监测。The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly facilitated the application of genomic surveillance.In this paper,the advantages of genomic monitoring in coping with COVID-19 pandemic are introduced,and the genomic surveillance activities carried out in major countries and organizations in the world are reviewed.In the post epidemic era,the world is still facing the challenges brought by the continuous transmission of SARS-CoV-2 variants.It is necessary to continuously carry out epidemic surveillance activities,including genomic surveillance.
