摘 要:采用不同的浇注温度和模具预热温度进行了AlSi7Mg铝合金试件的压铸,进行了试验件的力学性能测试和X射线无损分析。结果为:当浇注温度为700℃时,随着模具预热温度从150℃增加到350℃,试件的强度呈现先增加后减小的趋势。模具预热温度250℃的试件的抗拉强度达到最大值240.74MPa,屈服强度182.71MPa。当模具预热温度为250℃时,随着浇注温度从680℃升高至720℃,试件的强度同样呈现为先增加后减小的趋势。在其他压铸参数相同的条件下,在模具预热温度250℃时700℃浇注的AlSi7Mg铝合金压铸试件经过X射线无损探伤并未观测到明显缺陷。AiSi7Mg aluminum alloy specimens were die casted with different pouring temperatures and die preheating temperatures,and the mechanical properties of the specimens were tested and X-ray nondestructive analysis was carried out.The results are as follows:when the pouring temperature is 700C,with the increase of the die preheating temperature from 150C to 350C,the strength of the test piece first increases and then decreases.The tensile strength of the specimen with the die preheating temperature of 250°C reaches the maximum value of 240.74 MPa,and the yield strength is 182.71 MPa.When the die preheating temperature is 250'C,the strength of the specimen also shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing as the pouring temperature increases from 680℃to 720℃.Under the same conditions of other die-casting parameters,no obvious defects are observed in the X-ray non-destructive testing of AiSi7Mg aluminum alloy die-casting specimens poured at 700℃when the die preheating temperature is 250°℃C.
