摘 要:目的探讨合肥市细颗粒物(fine particulate matter,PM_(2.5))、可吸入颗粒物(inhalable particulate matter,PM_(10))、SO_(2)、CO、NO_(2)、臭氧8 h(ozone 8 h,O_(3-8 h))浓度与急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)患者入院风险的相关性。方法收集2015年3月—2021年12月在合肥市某三级甲等医院入院的3475例ACS患者的入院资料(包括性别、年龄、住院天数及住院费用等)和空气污染物指标,采用Spearman法分析其相关性。结果ACS患者入院人次与PM_(10)和NO_(2)均呈正相关(均P<0.05),住院天数仅与CO呈正相关(P<0.05),住院费用与PM_(10)、SO_(2)均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。秋季男性患者入院人次与PM_(10)、PM_(2.5)、SO_(2)、NO_(2)浓度均呈正相关(均P<0.05),冬季男性患者入院人次与PM_(10)、SO_(2)、NO_(2)浓度均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论PM_(10)和NO_(2)是增加合肥市ACS患者入院风险最重要的污染物,秋冬季男性为潜在易感人群,空气污染可增加ACS患者的人均及整体住院负担。Objective To explore the association between the concentrations of fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5)),inhalable particulate matter(PM_(10)),sulfur dioxide(SO_(2)),carbon monoxide(CO),nitrogen dioxide(NO_(2))and ozone 8 h(O_(3-8h))in Hefei and the risk of hospital admission in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods The admission data(gender,age,the days of hospitalization,and hospitalization costs)of 3475 ACS patients who were admitted to agrade-A tertiary hospital in Hefei City and air pollutant indicators were collected from March 2015 to December 2021.The Spearman method was used to analyze their correlation.Results The number of admissions of ACS patients was positively correlated with PM_(10) and NO_(2)(all P<0.05).The days of hospitalization were positively correlated with CO(P<0.05).The hospitalization costs were positively correlated with PM_(10) and SO_(2)(all P<0.05).The number of admissions of male patients was positively correlated with PM_(10),PM_(2.5),SO_(2) and NO_(2) in autumn(all P<0.05).The number of admissions of male patients was positively correlated with PM_(10),SO_(2) and NO_(2) in winter(all P<0.05).Conclusion The PM_(10) and NO_(2) are the most important pollutants that increase the admission risk of ACS patients in Hefei City,males are potentially susceptible in autumn and winter,and air pollution can both increase the per capita hospitalization burden and the overall hospitalization burden of ACS patients.
