摘  要:使用机械力化学装置(行星球磨机)处理六方氮化硼(hBN)粉末,基于X射线粉末衍射法(XRD)研究了球料比、球磨时间和球磨转速等工艺条件对hBN晶体结构的影响。通过对hBN的(002)、(100)和(004)等晶面的特征衍射峰的分析发现:不同球磨工艺引起hBN粉末XRD的面外(002)和(004)晶面的强度总体表现出先增加后下降的趋势,面内(100)晶面的强度表现出先下降后增加的趋势,面内和面外晶面半峰宽均表现出逐渐增加的趋势,面外(002)强度和半峰宽的变化幅度尤其显著。球磨hBN粉末XRD的变化机制在于随着球磨的进行,hBN微粒从沿C轴择优取向分布导致面外晶面衍射增强,过渡到六方氮化硼微粒沿C轴剪切导致面内晶面衍射减弱的随机分布,再到hBN微粒剥离成二维纳米片导致面外晶面衍射半峰宽变宽的随机分布结构。通过X射线粉末衍射实验揭示了基于机械力化学剥离宏量制备六方氮化硼纳米片的晶体结构演变过程和机制,为机械力化学在剥离宏量制备六方氮化硼二维纳米材料的应用提供了实验和理论支撑。Hexagonal Boron Nitride(hBN)powder was treated by mechanochemical device(planetary ball mill).The effects of ratio of grinding media to material,milling time and rotation speed on the crystal structure of hBN were studied based on powder X-ray diffraction(XRD).Through the analysis of the characteristic diffraction peaks of(002),(100)and(004)crystal planes of hBN,it is found that due to the different milling processes,the intensity of out-plane(002)and(004)crystal faces of hBN powder XRD shows a trend of first increase and then decrease,the intensity of in-plane(100)crystal faces shows a trend of first decrease and then increase,and the half-peak width of in-plane and out-of-plane crystal faces shows a trend of gradual increase,and the change amplitude of out-plane(002)strength and half-peak width is especially significant.The main mechanism of its evolution is that with the progress of ball milling,the distribution of hBN particles from the preferred orientation along the C-axis leads to the enhancement of out of plane crystal plane diffraction,and the transition to the random distribution of in-plane crystal plane diffraction weakened by the shear of hBN particles along the C-axis,then to the random distribution structure in which the hBN particles are stripped into 2D BNNS,resulting in the broadening of the FWHM of the out of plane crystal plane.The X-ray powder diffraction experiment reveals the crystal structure evolution process and mechanism of BNNS prepared by mechanochemical exfoliation,which provides experimental and theoretical support for large-scale preparation and application of BNNS by mechanochemical exfoliation.
