摘 要:为研究某型比例阀在换向过程中,最大开口处驱动电流过大的问题,利用CFD对U形槽非全周开口滑阀的流场进行数值模拟,研究了不同阀开口处的液动力及流量,同时对原阀芯结构进行优化,在出口侧台阶上加两个对称分布的节流槽,并对不同节流槽半径和阀口开度时的液动力进行了比较。结果表明:原结构瞬态液动力在2.94 mm处到达峰值,随后迅速减小。节流槽半径为2.5 mm时,液动力补偿效果较好,相较于原结构最大液动力降低了21%,且大开口处液动力变化较为平缓。该研究为滑阀结构的优化设计提供指导。In order to study the problem of excessive driving current at the maximum opening of a certain type of proportional valve during the reversing process,CFD was used to simulate the flow field of the U-shaped slot non-peripheral opening slide valve,and the hydraulic force and flow at different valve openings were studied.At the same time,the structure of the original spool was optimized,and two symmetrically distributed throttling grooves were added to the step on the outlet side,and the hydraulic force was compared with different throttling groove radii and valve openings.The results show that the transient hydrodynamic force of the original structure reaches its peak at 2.94 mm,and then decreases rapidly.When the radius of the throttle groove is 2.5 mm,the hydrodynamic compensation effect is the better.Compared with the original structure,the maximum hydrodynamic force is reduced by 21%,and the hydrodynamic force changes at the large opening is relatively gentle.This study provides guidance for the optimal design of the slide valve structure.
