摘  要:针对现有液压精冲机能耗高、能量利用率低的问题,提出基于负载敏感与势能回收的新型液压精冲机节能系统,通过负载敏感泵匹配精冲负载需求压力降低节流损失以及利用液压蓄能器进行滑块势能回收再利用,最终实现系统节能增效。首先建立精冲机液压系统能耗数学模型,后基于AMESim平台搭建了负载敏感与势能回收液压精冲机机电液能耗仿真模型,最后分析对比了新系统与旧系统的滑块工作性能和能量损耗分布。结果表明,与旧系统相比,在负载为2500 kN时新系统单个工作周期总能量损耗下降46.35 kJ,降幅达39.76%,能量利用率25.69%,提高10.23%。在不同负载条件下,新系统相较于旧系统总能量损耗平均降低47.42 kJ,能量利用效率平均提高9.62%。Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption and low energy utilization rate of existing hydraulic fine blanking presses(HFBPs),a novel energy saving system for HFBPs based on load sensing and potential energy recovery is proposed,the throttling loss is reduced by matching the demand pressure of the fine blanking load with the load sensing pump,and the potential energy of the slider is recovered and reused by the hydraulic accumulator to finally realize the energy saving and efficiency increase of the system.A mathematical model of the energy consumption of the fine blanking hydraulic system is first established,and then a simulation model of the energy consumption of the HFBPs for load sensing and potential energy recovery is built based on the AMESim platform.Finally,the working performance and energy of the slider of the novel system and the traditional system are analyzed and compared loss distribution.The results show that,compared with the traditional system,when the load is 2500 kN,the total energy loss of a single working cycle of the novel system decreases by 46.35 kJ,which is 39.76% lower,and the energy utilization rate is 25.69%,which is 10.23% higher.Under different load conditions,compared with the traditional system,the total energy loss of the novel system is reduced by 47.42 kJ on average,and the energy utilization efficiency is increased by 9.62% on average.
