摘  要:流场内流激振动是诱发调节阀流激共振和流致噪声的主要原因。以DN250多级降压调节阀为研究对象,采用Fluent软件对其流场流动特性进行数值模拟,得到典型开度下体积流量、流速、压力的分布规律。设计了循环式并联流量测试装置,对阀进行流量实验,验证了流量数值模拟的可靠性。采用监测流场漩涡脱落过程中横流会形成平均升力和监测流场湍流压力脉动的不同方法,得到流场流激振动的频谱信息。对两种监测方法机理研究,结果表明:监测升力系数是对整个流场涡脱过程产生的流激振动进行检测,适合监测小开度流场;监测压力脉动是对有限监测点的多种流激振动因素综合效果的监测,受监测点位置和数量的限制,适合中、高开度流场。The flow-induced vibration in the flow field of a regulating valve is the main cause of inducing flow-induced resonance and flow-induced noise.A DN250 multistage pressure reducing valve is taken as the research object,the flow characteristics of flow field in the valve are numerically simulated using Fluent software,and the flow rate,flow velocity,and pressure distribution are obtained at some typical openings.A circulating parallel flow testing device is designed to conduct experimental research on the flow rate of the valve to verify the reliability of the numerical simulation.The spectrum information of flow-induced vibration in the flow field is obtained using different methods including monitoring the average lift generated in the cross flow direction during vortex shedding in the flow field and monitoring the turbulence pressure pulsation at different monitoring points in the flow field.By studying the mechanism of the two monitoring methods,the results show that monitoring the lift coefficient is to detect flow-induced vibration of the whole flow field during the vortex shedding,it is suitable for the flow fields at small openings;And monitoring pressure pulsation is a comprehensive monitoring of multiple flow-induced vibration factors at limited monitoring points.It is limited by the location and number of monitoring points and it is suitable for the flow fields at medium and high opening.
