摘  要:为了研究调速阀阀口堵塞对液压传动系统工作状态的影响机理,基于AMESim软件,建立了调速回路仿真模型,分析节流口不同堵塞程度下的调速阀出口流量及压力波动特性,观察执行元件的速度变化趋势。研究表明由于堵塞引起的通流面积下降使介质流动状态发生改变,从而影响回路及执行元件的工作状况。鉴于此,针对调速阀节流部分设计一种监测流量并可实现自我调节的数字化反馈系统。结果表明在不同程度的堵塞情况下,该反馈系统可以实现流量调控或停止回路工作,因而提高调速回路准确性及调速阀维护时效性。To investigate the mechanism of regulating valve port blockage on the operation of a hydraulic transmission system.Based on AMESim software,the simulation model of the speed control circuit is established,and the flow and pressure fluctuation characteristics of the speed control valve outlet under different blockage degrees of the orifice are analyzed.Research shows that the decrease in flow area caused by blockage changes the flow state of the medium,thus affecting the working conditions of the circuit and the actuator.In view of this,a digital feedback system for monitoring flow and self-regulation is designed for the throttling part of the speed control valve.The results show that the feedback system can achieve flow control or stop the loop under different degrees of blockage,thus improving the accuracy of the speed control loop and the timeliness of the speed control valve maintenance.
