摘　　要：随着城市地铁的高速建设,盾构机作为开挖的专用设备之一,对其可靠性要求非常高,尤其对推进液压缸的性能要求很高。为制造出高性能的推进液压缸,需开发盾构机推进液压缸试验平台。该平台可对不同规格的推进液压缸进行启动压力、同步侧向载荷等测试。对试验台的需求、结构设计、液压系统与同步控制系统等进行了设计与开发。通过试验对盾构机用液压缸进行了综合测试。并根据失效形式提出了改进方案,最终完成新样品的5000次疲劳测试。证明该样机对盾构机推进液压缸的可靠性检测具有较高的实用价值。With the rapid construction of urban subways,shield tunneling machines,as one of the special equipment for excavation,have very high reliability requirements,especially for the performance of the propulsion hydraulic cylinder.In order to manufacture high-performance propulsion hydraulic cylinders,it is necessary to develop a shield machine propulsion hydraulic cylinder test platform.This platform can test the starting pressure and synchronous lateral load of different specifications of propulsion hydraulic cylinders.Designand develop the requirements,structural design,hydraulic system,and synchronous control system of the test bed.A comprehensive test was conducted on the hydraulic cylinder of the shield machine through experiments.According to the failure forms,an improvement plan was proposed,and 5000 fatigue tests of the new sample were finally completed.It is proved that the prototype has high practical value for reliability testing of shield machine propulsion hydraulic cylinder.
