摘 要:针对目前高速开关阀采用PWM控制信号产生诸如高频流量脉动、振动与噪声等问题,基于并联液阻和二级制编码技术设计一种阵列压电叠堆驱动的高速开关阀。阵列压电叠堆的轴向长度呈二进制编码排列,故采用PCM(脉码调制)信号来控制每个压电叠堆的工作状态进而实现阀口开度的离散化调节。其次,基于MATLAB/Simulink建立高速开关阀数学模型,并通过仿真揭示了流量瞬态不确定产生机理。最后,提出一种基于模型的PCM编码控制策略,阶跃跟踪结果表明:流量跟踪无超调,且稳态误差在0.015 L/min以内;正弦跟踪结果表明:当阵列压电叠堆的开启和关闭动态特性不对称时,最大误差增加至0.61 L/min,但平均误差和误差标准差的变化范围仅在0.004 L/min和0.013 L/min以内。Aiming at the problems such as high-frequency flow fluctuation,vibration and noise,caused by the current high speed on/off valve(HSV) driven by PWM control signal,a HSV actuated by array piezoelectric stacks is designed based on the parallel hydraulic resistance and binary coding technology.Considering that the axial lengths of the array piezoelectric stacks are arranged in binary code,so each piezoelectric stack can be driven by PCM(Pulse Code Modulation) signal to realize the discretized control of the valve opening.Moreover,the mathematical model of the HSV is established by MATLAB/Simulink,and the flow transient uncertainty is revealed by simulation.Finally,a model-based PCM coding flow control strategy is proposed.The step tracking results show that there is no overshoot,and the steady-state errors are within 0.015 L/min.The sine tracking results indicate that when the opening and closing dynamic characteristics of the array piezoelectric stacks are asymmetrical,the maximum error increases to 0.61 L/min,but the variation ranges of the average error and error's standard deviation are only within 0.004 L/min,and 0.013 L/min.
