摘 要:气动系统具有成本低、无污染、易维护等优点,广泛应用于现代工业制造生产。但气动系统的生产能耗较高,由于管网布局不合适、用气调度方法不合理、节能技术空白和工业生产节能意识薄弱等原因,导致企业管网本身的运行成本普遍偏高、气动系统内部能量损失不明、管网调度手段缺乏、管网泄漏大等问题。通过分析国内外在管网优化运行、管网建模与管网故障检测等方面的研究现状,并指出目前我国在气动管网系统智能检测与调控方面现存问题和未来发展趋势,为我国气动管网系统检测与节能调度技术的发展提供参考。Pneumatic system has the advantages of low cost,no pollution and easy maintenance.It is widely used in modern industrial manufacturing.But the production of pneumatic system energy consumption is higher,because the pipe network layout is not appropriate,reasonable gas dispatching method is not blank,energy-saving technology and industrial production and energy saving consciousness weak,lead to enterprise network itself,the running cost is generally on the high side,pneumatic system internal energy loss is unclear,lack of network scheduling methods,such as large pipe network leakage problem.This paper analyzes the research status of pipe network optimization operation,pipe network modeling and pipe network fault detection at home and abroad,and points out the existing problems and future development trends in intelligent detection and regulation of pneumatic pipe network system in China,so as to provide reference for the development of pneumatic pipe network system detection and energy saving scheduling technology in China.
