摘 要:油气悬架因其非线性刚度和阻尼特性,在工程车辆上得到广泛应用。两级压力式油气悬架可以降低车辆重载时的刚度,同时悬架结构参数对其性能有着重要的影响。为了合理地选择两级压力式油气悬架的结构参数,以某型矿用自卸车1/4油气悬架为研究对象,对悬架性能评价指标进行理论分析,在AMESim中搭建了两级压力式油气悬架模型,通过分析得到结构参数变化对油气悬架性能的影响趋势,并采用Morris法分析了结构参数对悬架性能的灵敏度。结果表明:活塞杆外径和缸筒内径为影响两级压力式油气悬架垂直加速度和动行程的敏感因素;动行程与活塞杆外径呈正相关、与缸筒内径呈负相关;适当降低高压蓄能器的初始压力,可提升车辆平顺性。成果为两级压力式油气悬架结构参数的选择提供参考。Hydro-pneumatic suspension is widely used in engineering vehicles due to its non-linear stiffness and damping characteristics.Two-stage pressure hydro-pneumatic suspension can reduce the stiffness of the vehicle under heavy load,and the suspension structure parameters have a significant influence on the suspension performance.In order to reasonably select the structural parameters of two-stage pressure hydro-pneumatic suspension,taking the 1/4 hydro-pneumatic suspension of a mining dump truck as the research object,the evaluation indexes of suspension performance are analyzed theoretically.A two-stage pressure hydro-pneumatic suspension model is built in AMESim,and the influence trend of structural parameters change on hydro-pneumatic suspension performance is obtained through simulation analysis.The sensitivity of structural parameters to suspension performance is analyzed by Morris method.The results show that the piston rod outside diameter and the cylinder inside diameter are sensitive factors affecting the vertical acceleration and dynamic stroke of the two-stage pressure hydro-suspension.The dynamic stroke is positively correlated with the piston rod outside diameter and negatively correlated with the cylinder inside diameter.Reducing the initial pressure of the high-pressure accumulator appropriately can improve the ride comfort of truck.The results provide a reference for the selection of structural parameters of two-stage pressure hydro-pneumatic suspension.
