摘  要:针对提升机过卷缓冲过程存在的过卷回落、缓冲腔憋压及过卷位移不确定等问题,设计了一种立井提升机过卷变节流液压缓冲系统,分析了变节流缓冲机理和蓄能器补油机理,建立了变节流主动缓冲和蓄能器补油过程的数学模型,基于AMESim搭建了系统仿真模型,对有杆腔缓冲变节流函数和无杆腔补油变节流函数进行了设计,对比仿真了5种有杆腔变节流缓冲控制函数和3种蓄能器放液控制函数下的系统缓冲性能,并对系统缓冲性能影响因素开展仿真研究,得到了箕斗过卷质量、过卷速度对系统缓冲性能的影响规律,并通过冲击设备进行试验验证,研究结果表明:箕斗过卷缓冲位移不受过卷工况影响,主要由有杆腔变节流缓冲控制函数决定;蓄能器给无杆腔变节流补油对过卷回落降低具有显著效果;有杆腔变节流缓冲和无杆腔变节流补油对缓冲装置的研制具有较好的理论指导,冲击试验验证了仿真可行性。Aiming at the problems of the overwinding fall back,pressure holding in the buffer chamber and uncertainty of the overwinding displacement in the overwinding buffer process for the shaft hoist,an overwinding variable throttling hydraulic buffer system for the shaft hoist are designed.The active variable throttling buffer mechanism and accumulator oil replenishment mechanism are analyzed.The mathematical models of the variable throttling buffer and accumulator oil replenishment process are established.The system simulation model is built based on AMESim.The variable throttle function of the rod cavity buffer and rodless cavity oil supplement are designed.The system buffer performance under five kinds of the rod cavity variable throttle buffer and three kinds of the accumulator discharge control functions is compared and simulated.The influencing factors of the system buffer performance are simulated.The influence laws of the skip overwinding mass,the speed and the accumulator discharge variable throttle control function on the system buffer performance are obtained.And test verification through the impact equipment.The results show that the third system scheme buffer performance is the best.The skip overwinding buffer displacement is not affected by the overwinding condition,which is mainly determined by the small cavity variable throttling buffer control function.The accumulator variable throttle supplying oil to the rodless cavity has a significant effect on the reduction of the overwinding fall-back.The rod cavity variable throttling buffer and rodless cavity variable throttling oil replenishment have good theoretical guidance for the development of the buffer device.The simulation feasibility is verified by the impact test.
