摘  要:以中华木兰和同一茶山上的3种不同驯化阶段的古茶树为研究对象,通过对中华木兰和3种古茶树的木质部解剖特征进行比较分析,探索中华木兰和3个不同驯化阶段的古茶树在次生木质部解剖构造上的区别与联系,进而分析4个树种之间的进化顺序。结果表明:从管孔轮廓、管孔组合、穿孔板类型、管间纹孔式、导管-射线间纹孔式及木射线高度均表现出中华木兰较为原始的特点;从3种不同驯化阶段的古茶树的进化程度上看,野生型茶树较为原始,栽培型茶树最为进化,过渡型茶树处于两者之间;因此,从中华木兰到野生型茶树、过渡型茶树、栽培型茶树呈现出不断进化的趋势,从解剖学的角度进一步为山茶科的进化过程提供有力依据。Taking Magnolia miocenica and 3 ancient tea plants at different stages of domestication on the same tea mountain as the research object,through the comparative analysis of xylem anatomical features of M.miocenica and 3 ancient tea plants,to explore the differences and connections between M.miocenica with 3 ancient tea plants in secondary xylem anatomy,and then the evolutionary order among 4 tree species was analyzed.The results show that the relatively primitive characteristics of M.miocenica are shown from the outline of vessel,vessel groupings,type of perforation plates,pattern of intervessel pits,pattern of vessel-ray pitting and height of wood ray.From the perspective of the evolution degree of the 3 ancient tea trees in different domestication stages,the Camellia taliensis was relatively primitive,the Camellia assamica tree was the most evolved,and the Camellia taliensis was in between.In general,there was a continuous evolutionary trend from M.miocenica to 3 ancient tea plants,which further provides a strong basis for the evolutionary process of Theaceae from the perspective of anatomy.
