摘　　要：党的青年工作事关国家长治久安、党的未来后继有人、中国特色社会主义事业薪火相传和伟大复兴中国梦的顺利实现。“全党要把青年工作作为战略性工作来抓”这一重要论断为新时代新征程做好青年工作提供了根本遵循和行动指南。“战略性”是正确理解和把握党的青年工作的关键词,有着明确的目标指向、政治导向与价值取向,可以从工作对象、工作任务、工作格局三个维度全面审视,从理论上深入理解,从实践上深刻把握。The Party's youth work is important for ensuring the long-term stability of the country,for fostering successors of the Party's cause,for carrying forward the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and for the smooth realization of the Chinese Dream.The important conclusion that“the whole Party should take youth work as a strategic work”provides a fundamental guideline for youth work on the new journey of the new era.“Strategic”is the key word for a correct understanding of the nature of the Party's youth work.It encompasses clear goals and definite political and value orientations.It can be comprehensively examined from the three aspects of objects,tasks,and work pattern,and can be deeply understood through theorical analysis and deeply grasped through practice.
