应用型高校家庭经济困难学生心理健康状况及心理资助策略  

Mental Health of Students with Financial Difficulties in Applied Universities and Psychological Assistance Strategies

摘  要:为了对应用型高校家庭经济困难学生实施有效心理资助服务,选用通用的大学生心理健康普查量表,从成长经历、人格特质、生活事件、社会支持和抑郁情绪等维度对宁波市某应用型高校13554名学生进行心理健康状况调查,并聚焦性别、家庭结构和家庭环境因素的影响调查。研究结果表明:家庭经济困难学生相较于非困难学生,总体上心理健康水平较低,表现出更高的抑郁水平、较差的情绪稳定性及更多的负性情绪体验;家庭经济困难学生心理健康水平在性别、家庭结构和家居环境等方面上存在一定差异。提出在应用型高校学生资助工作中要加强对心理资助工作的认识,完善心理资助体制机制建设,并通过多种渠道推动心理资助工作的精准性、实效性。Aiming to enhance the psychological assistance to the needy students in applied universities,the study conducts a survey questionnaire on the mental health of 13554 students in a university in Ningbo,covering such dimensions as growth experiences,personality traits,life events,social support,and depressive emotions and investigating the impact of gender,family structure,and home environment factors on students'mental health.The findings indicate that those students generally have lower levels of mental health compared to other non-needy students,exhibiting higher levels of depression,poorer emotional stability,and more negative emotional experiences.Moreover,there are differences in the mental health based on gender,family structure,and home environment.To address these issues,it is recommended that schools shall strengthen their understanding of psychological assistance and improve the institutional mechanisms for providing such services.Additionally,various channels should be utilized to enhance the precision and effectiveness of psychological support services for those students.
