摘 要:为提升汽车座椅舒适性,目前很多汽车座椅都配置加热功能。传统加热垫的发热体采用电阻丝,因此存在加热不均、加热速率慢、能耗大的问题。文章主要研究基于石墨烯加热垫的汽车座椅加热系统,探究石墨烯加热垫应用在汽车座椅上的优越性能,以改进传统电阻丝加热性能的不足。相较于传统电阻丝加热垫,石墨烯加热垫升温速率更快、能耗更小且热均匀性更好。To improve the comfort of car seats,many car seats are now equipped with heating function.The heating element of traditional heating pads are resistance wire,which leads to issues such as uneven heating,slow heating rate and high energy consumption.The application of graphene heating pads in car seat heating systems has been studied to explore the superior performance of graphene heating pads in overcoming the shortcomings of traditional resistance wire heating.Compared to traditional resistance wire heating pads,graphene heating pads have a faster heating rate,lower energy consumption,and better heat uniformity.
