摘 要:【目的】探究使用PASCO材料测试仪对UV膜的弹性模量进行测试的方法。【方法】采用PASCO材料测试仪测试UV膜采用不同层数、紫外灯不同照射时间下的弹性模量,分析比对何种条件下的UV测试数据最稳定,得到最合适的试验方法。【结果】层数较少及照射时间较短的试验方法不仅试验数据不稳定,也容易损坏试验仪器;层数较多及照射时间较长的试验方法对资源消耗较多。四层UV膜有利于弹性模量测试,紫外灯照射60 s以上弹性模量测试数据也更稳定,即为最合适的试验方法。【结论】研究结果对UV膜弹性模量的测试具有现实意义。[Purposes]This Paper aims to explore the method of using PASCO material tester to test the elastic modulus of UV film.[Methods]By using the PASCO material tester to test the elastic modulus of UV films with different layers and UV lamp irradiation times,the most stable UV test data under different conditions was analyzed and compared,and the most suitable experimental method was obtained.[Findings]The experimental method with fewer layers and shorter irradiation time not only results in unstable experimental data,but also easily damages experimental instruments.Experimental methods with more layers and longer exposure times consume more resources.Four layers of UV film are beneficial for elastic modulus testing,and the elastic modulus testing data is more stable when exposed to ultraviolet light for more than 60 seconds,which is the most suitable experimental method.[Conclusions]The research results has practical significance for the testing of the elastic modulus of UV film.
