摘　　要：循环水换热器发生泄漏后,如不能及时发现和妥善处理,将导致换热器管程堵塞、换热器换热效果降低或其他换热器出现腐蚀等情况的发生,造成经济损失。因此结合实际工作经验,文章对换热器发生泄漏后的现象、检查措施、防范办法进行了归纳总结,确保循环水场和生产装置的平稳运行。When the circulating water heat exchanger leaks,if it cannot be detected and properly handled in a timely manner,it will lead to blockage of the tube side of the heat exchanger,reduced heat exchange eff iciency of the heat exchanger or corrosion of other heat exchangers,resulting in economic losses.Therefore based on practical work experience,the phenomenon,inspection measures and preventive measures after leakage of the heat exchanger are summarized to ensure the smooth operation of the circulating water plant and production equipment.
